1. Returns

At MEN STORE, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In its original packaging, if applicable

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Personal use items such as underwear or socks (unless defective)

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alterations

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will process a refund for the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to the original payment method. The refund may take 5 to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or financial institution.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning it and placing a new order. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will contact you to offer alternatives or process a refund.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@menstore.shop. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a refund or exchange.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Complete the return form that will be sent to your email.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided after the return process is initiated.

  4. Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed.

7. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the returned item reaches us safely.
